MailToFile is an emailmanagement program.
MailToFile for MS Outlook is the integrated solution for filing emails outside your Outlook application. You can store your emails directly into a customer or project folder, with only a few mouse clicks. An archived message doesn't change: it remains a regular email! You can easily open, reply and forward all messages.

MailToFile makes it easy to organise your email messages! With MailToFile you can store your emails on the network, in the directory where they belong. When authorized your colleagues can also read your filed emails.
Features:
emails are saved in the same directory as the Word documents and Excel sheets of a customer/project/subject;

Your colleague is out of office and you need to read his email correspondence. Most likely you need his password, or ask permission to enter his or her mailbox at the IT department. This is no longer necessary when you work with MailToFile. Everybody files important messages in a directory, so you can always read the emails received or sent by your (ex) colleagues!
Less internal email correspondence?
Internal email correspondence will decrease! You do not have to send a (cc) email to your colleagues about an important email. The email, including attachments, is filed in the project or customer folder. Authorized colleagues can read those emails.
Easily and quickly file your emails?
Because of the special design of MailToFile you can archive an email in seconds. Upon sending an email the MailToFile Save Screen appears automatically. An email is archived with only a few mouse clicks.
You can order MailToFile online. After we received your payment you will receive the registration key. With this key your demo version becomes an official MailToFile version.
After we receive your order we will send:
a confirmation email including the registration key. With the registration key your MailToFile demo becomes an official MailToFile version.
the invoice, which is also your license.
An order placed by phone will be confirmed per email. After receipt of your email approval we will deliver
MailToFile is available in three different versions:
MailToFile SaveAs
MailToFile SaveAs uses the Windows screen for filing your emails. MailToFile Save As is the most affordable version, suitable when you like to file emails occasionally and in one directory only. The email will be filed according to the MailToFile standard: a clear file name and – more important – the correct date/time of the email. An email of last week will be filed with the date/time of last week, unlike the SaveAs feature of Outlook. You also have the option to file several emails at once (which is not possible with SaveAs from Outlook) and you can save your attachments separately.
MailToFile Easy
MailToFile Easy uses the MailToFile Save Screen, that is specially desinged by Joules Unlimited. In this screen the user can change the file name of an email to be archived. Attachments can be saved separately. The Easy version is more friendly to use than the SaveAs version. The default Save Screen of the demo version is the MailToFile Easy Screen.
MailToFile Full
MailToFile Full uses the extended MailToFile Save Screen, in which you select your own installed directories for filing. The sub-directories of those directories are offered in drop-down menus. It requires only a few mouse-clicks to select a directory. The last chosen sub-directory will be offered the next time you file an email. Do you often send a reply and you want the original email filed as well in the same directory? MailToFile offers this possibility directly upon sending an email!
